Create weekly rotas using the employee, role, location and leave information already in Breathe. Use drag-and-drop planning to schedule people across locations, copy rotas forward and check your cover requirements before publishing.

Keep working hours up to date

Let employees clock in and out, record breaks and submit their hours. Use time and attendance on its own or alongside rota planning, while managers see late arrivals, no-shows, breaks and clock-in exceptions.

Managers can review and approve timesheets, including manual entries, keep regular and overtime hours separate and export a CSV report for payroll, including estimated gross pay.
