If my free trial account is suspended, can I re-activate it by paying?
Yes – login to your account and follow the instructions on screen to put in your credit card details. If you have any questions just email our Support Team
What happens at the end of my free trial period?
At the end of your free trial period you will be directed to a payment page where you can enter your credit or debit card details to activate your monthly subscription. If you choose not to proceed with a subscription any data will be deleted.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept credit card & debit card payments on all Plans and also direct debit on the Pro and Premium Plans. You can choose to pay monthly or annually for all the Plans. If you choose to pay annually you’ll also receive a 10% discount.
How long is your contract term?
You are not tied into any long-term contract, Breathe works on a rolling monthly subscription. You can cancel at any time and only pay for the remainder of the current month.
Do I have to enter my employee data again if I decide to buy?
Absolutely not! You have access to a fully working, backed-up system from day one of your free trial. Once you have paid for the system it’s just business as usual.
How much is Breathe?
Breathe HR software plans start at just £11 a month and are designed to scale as your business grows. Unlike other software providers, the monthly or annual subscription is per business account and not per person.
Can I upgrade between packages?
Yes. The price you pay is determined by the number of employees you have. If you increase your employee numbers you can simply move up to the next plan.
You can also choose to go up a plan (if applicable) for additional features available on Starter plans upwards.
Can I downgrade between packages?
As above. The price you pay is determined by the number of employees you have in your business and whether you choose to go for additional features. If you reduce your employee numbers then you can move to a plan to meet your business needs.
