This Line Manager Essentials Training is a series of short courses, each tackling challenging issues line managers face - from communicating with your team and performance management, to building confidence and leadership skills.
You don't need to complete all the line management courses at once and you can do them in any order. Learn at your own pace, revisit modules and use the downloadable training resources as everyday tools.
