“I’m driven by a passion for helping teams and businesses unlock their potential. From scaling ad-tech disruptor Criteo to IPO, to leading EMEA at the world’s leading wellness SaaS platform Mindbody, one thing has remained constant in every organisation I’ve worked for: success starts with great people.
“Thriving organisations aren’t built on talent alone; they need rock-solid operational foundations and a strong HR function. Yet for small and scaling companies, time and resources are in short supply. That’s where Breathe comes in, empowering SMEs with the tools they need to build high-performing teams without the headaches.
“Right now, small businesses are navigating an incredibly tough economic landscape. Supporting them isn’t just important, it’s essential. The Breathe team is already making an impact, delivering critically important services to strengthen the backbone of the UK economy. It’s a privilege to lead the charge as we work to help the UK’s SME sector not just survive, but thrive.”
Phil is well-positioned to drive significant impact for the UK’s diverse and growing small business sector. With over 30 years of experience in SaaS, management and operations, he brings a wealth of knowledge to Breathe from various sectors and company sizes.
