How much does the software cost once the trial period expires?
Our software is offered on a monthly subscription basis with prices starting from as little as £10 per month (excluding VAT). Depending on the size of your company and the number of employees it has, the price you will be charged each month will vary accordingly.
Our prices are a far cry from the old days where HR software was incredibly expensive to buy up-front and install. We don’t charge for anything up-front and, thanks to our Free Trial service, we even give you the opportunity to try out our software before you make your final decision.
Is it free to cancel?
Absolutely! Obviously, we would love for you to stay with us but, should you decide that the software isn’t right for you and your company, then that’s your prerogative. We don’t charge any fees for cancelling the service – just let us know before your trial period comes to an end, otherwise you could be charged.

We safely store each company’s employee data and HR records on highly secure remote servers in our UK-based data centre. We then protect this data centre with a number of cybersecurity and physical controls, including complete CCTV coverage, motion sensors, reinforced doors and controlled key storage systems.
