Getting up & running with Breathe

Our customers can get their accounts set up in as little as two hours, depending on how much data they have to import and how many people they have in their organisation. This timeframe very much depends on your needs, as every organisation is unique and has different needs. However, Breathe is designed with simplicity in mind - our dedicated bulk assign and data import tools take away any manual admin so that you can be up and running as quickly as possible. 

With our easy data upload tool, you can download your data from your current provider and use our template to upload your data to Breathe. This is usually a super-quick process, depending on how your data has been exported from your old provider.

Yes – we have 3 free courses within our Learn module that are dedicated on bringing employees, line managers and HR users up to speed with the Breathe system. We would recommend assigning these to everyone at each permission level once you have rolled out the system. 

At Breathe we have no contacts, cancellation fees or tie-in periods – you will always be in total control of your account. The admin user can change your plan or add modules at any time within their account. Plan size changes are not automatic, so there will never be any surprises at your next billing date. 

No – welcome emails are only sent once you click the button - you are entirely in control of this. To send these, you can send them individually or use the bulk assign tool to send them all at once. 

Breathe is designed to be self-service, so you would set up your account. However, we offer an extensive library of how-to articles and resources to help you, should you need it.
