breatheHR: The HR software specialists

Small businesses need to get the most from their people but don't have the resource for time consuming processes - they need a system that manages the admin, is simple to use and great value.

breatheHR emerged through listening and learning. We had been implementing HR systems throughout the UK for over a decade when we found ourselves reviewing the available options for SMEs. We looked at the range of products on offer in the UK HR software market but none of these systems ticked all the boxes. We felt passionate about giving SMEs the HR software they needed rather than a cut down Enterprise HR solution.

So we decided to develop our own HR software solution - the result is breatheHR, a fully web-based solution that is secure, robust, reliable, simple and useful. Our solution isn't perfect, which is why we focus on making continuous, incremental, client led improvements.

breatheHR is a service owned by Centurion Management Systems Ltd., an HR software company with big ambitions. Our business is built around a core of dedicated individuals whose skills have made us one of the top HR software vendors in the UK. Each of us brings something unique to the organisation and have our own set of interests and passions, both in and out of the workplace.

Jonathan Richards

Jonathan has a background in building businesses. His strengths lie in leadership, company development and asking awkward questions. His job is to set the direction and keep everyone focused.

Outside work, Jonathan can't seem to avoid a challenge. Over the years he's had many mini adventures including sailing the Atlantic, trekking in the Himalaya (twice) and canoeing 140 miles along the UK waterways. 2013 sees him having a bash at marathon & sprint kayaking.

Jonathan's drive is what keeps breatheHR at the forefront of the industry.

Gareth Burrows

Gareth has a background in people, systems and project management and that heads up the product strategy. His job is to deliver a product that is simple to use, secure and reliable. He can often be seen wandering the office talking to himself.

Outside work he can be found either scaling the heights of the UK's highest mountains or deep wreck scuba diving at the bottom of the sea. His honeymoon photos mostly contain mountain tops and loads of snow!

Gareth has a passion for making systems that are simple to use and not over complicated.
