Following our annual pricing review, we’ve taken the decision to make some changes across our pricing plans & add-ons.
These changes will come into effect from 1st April 2026.

Like most other software businesses, we review our prices every year.
This year, we'll be increasing the prices for our plans and selected add-ons so that we can continue to bring you and your clients the best experience with features you know and love.
Here are the factors we took into consideration;
Inflation and the rising costs of doing business.
A need to re-structure the pricing of our add-ons to ensure they reflect the true value of the product offering.
The ongoing costs of developing & improving the Breathe product.
It's important to us that we remain the most cost-effective solution available to your clients, which is why we've ensured that, despite these increases, our prices remain firmly beneath our competitors.

Q: When was Breathe’s last price increase?
A: Breathe’s last price increase was 1st April 2025. We decided not to increase our fees in 2024 so we could continue to invest in the product.
Q: My client’s annual plan renews after the price increase, will I be charged anything on 1st April 2026?
A: No. They'll be charged the new price on their next renewal date.
Q: What if my client is on a larger, historical plan (i.e. for 250+ employees)?
A: Please see this table for information on these larger plans.
Q: How will this affect the charity donation that my clients will receive?
A: For our UK registered charities we want to say thank you for your continued support. Our charity policy remains the same: they'll receive 25% of the total amount paid to Breathe (excluding VAT and after your partner commission has been paid) quarterly as a donation.
Q: What happens if my client switches to an annual plan but needs to downgrade their plan later?
A: If your client has the need to move down a plan size, we won't be able to make any refunds for their plan or add-ons.
Q: Will price increases take place every year?
A: At Breathe we review our pricing position each year in line with the market and our competitors, however this does not mean we will increase our prices every year. We encourage you to be transparent with your clients and factor annual inflation into your consultancy packages.
Q: Can I purchase accounts upfront to lock in a lower rate for future clients?
A: Yes, you can. If you’re planning ahead for growth, our New Business Bulk Buy lets you purchase accounts in advance for future clients. By doing this, you secure a discounted rate now and can allocate those accounts as new clients come on board.
This can help you keep pricing consistent as you scale, while giving you the flexibility to offer price-protected rates to new prospects.
Upfront purchases also count towards your ARR, which can help you move through our partner tiers sooner and unlock additional benefits along the way.
