Ella Pilkington, the dedicated Chestnut Tree House Business Development Executive, shares her thoughts:

"Chestnut Tree House currently cares for around 300 children and young people with life-limiting and life-threatening conditions across Sussex and South East Hampshire. Our care team focus on adding life to shortened years – providing specialist care and supporting the whole family, however long their journey may be.

It costs over £5m every year to provide our care and only a small proportion of this comes from central government, the rest comes from individuals and businesses in our local community just like Breathe. We are extremely grateful to Breathe for choosing us as their chosen charity. It is thanks to their kindness and generosity that Chestnut Tree House can be there for each family on their journey – now and in the future.
