What happens at the end of my free trial period?
At the end of your free trial period you will be directed to a payment page where you can enter your credit or debit card details.
What if I love your system so much I want to pay before the end of my free trial period?
Good News! Even if you decide you want to pay early you can still take full advantage of your free trial. You won’t be charged until the end of the free trial period.
Do I have to enter my employee data again if I decide to buy?
Absolutely not! You have access to a fully working, backed-up system from Day One of your free trial. Once you have paid for the system it’s just business as usual.
Where is my data held?
Your data is held in our highly secure data centre in the United Kingdom. If you are a UK based company, rest assured that none of your data leaves the European Union so you will comply with data protection regulations.
How Secure is my Data?
The security of your data is our number one priority. breatheHR exists on a raid 10 array, making it very robust indeed. However in the extremely unlikely event of a major problem we do have a backup policy. The system is backed up to an Amazon S3 storage bucket, which sets the standard in terms of security and reliability. Backups are kept for seven days. In addition, a backup is kept for the 1st of each month for three months. The backup includes all client data and documents and is stored here in the UK. This is designed to provide 99% durability and availability of backup files over a given year. Take a look at our Security White Paper for more detail on our data security.
Can I upgrade between packages?
Yes. The price you pay is determined by the number of employees you have. If you increase your employee numbers you can simply move up to the next plan.
Can I downgrade between packages?
As above. The price you pay is determined by the number of employees you have in your business. If you reduce your employee numbers then you can move to a plan to meet your business needs.
If my free trial account is suspended, can I re-activate it by paying?
Yes – login to your account and follow the instructions onscreen to put in your credit card details.
Who owns breatheHR?
breatheHR is owned by Centurion Management Systems Ltd. We’ve been working with human resources management software for over 15 years.
How do I import my data?
It is very easy to import your employee data into breatheHR. Full instructions can be found at breatheHR Support
Can I get my data out if I decide to leave?
Yes it is very simple to export your data from the system. Just email our Support Team and we can direct you through the process.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept debit or credit card payments. You can choose to pay monthly for all the plans or annually on the Pro or Premium Plans.
How long is your contract term?
You are not tied into a long-term contract. You can cancel your system at any time and only pay for the remainder of the current month.
