A one off donation will be made in November 2024, based on you being a Breathe customer from 1st November 2023 – 31st October 2024.

The payment reference will be ‘Breathe Donation’ or ‘Centurion Management Systems’.
Yes. If you signed up to Breathe after the 1st November 2023, you'll receive 50% of what you have paid between the date you joined and the 31st October 2024.
We’re committed to building the best HR software for UK charities at the lowest possible price and in order to keep this promise we need to reduce our donation amount.
From January 2025 onwards, our charity customers will receive a donation of 25% of the cost of their subscription and these will be paid quarterly.
To receive your donation, your account must be active at the point the donation is made. If you cancel your Breathe account within the quarter, you'll no longer be eligible to receive that quarter's donation.
Moving to more regular quarterly payments means we can provide more support to your charity when it comes to cashflow and budgeting.
Donations will be made in February, May, August & November, however these months are subject to change.
Only charities listed on the gov.uk charity register, Scottish charity register or Northern Ireland charity commission will be eligible for the donation.
Your charity number and bank details must be updated in Breathe at the point donations are made - e.g to receive your donation in February 2025, your details must be correct by the 31st January 2025.
If your charity number and bank details aren't updated by this point, you will no longer be eligible to receive the donation. Unfortunately, we are unable to backdate any donations.
