Emma is on a mission to create a nation of Good Employers. 

Using her experience as an employment lawyer, Emma founded the award winning outsourced HR consultancy EffectiveHRM in 2011. 

EffectiveHRM is a full service outsourced HR and H&S consultancy, helping businesses navigate straightforward and complex people related issues. 

Emma is known to be collaborative, pragmatic and a great team player. 

She is very focused on preventative advice, commercial realism and sharing expertise on The Good Employer podcast. 

Juliet brings over 10 years of HR experience gained in a variety of industries such as Food, Retail, IT Consulting, Manufacturing, Charity, and most recently an Employment Law Consultancy.  

Juliet covers a very generalist scope of HR issues, and loves the variety of different cases and queries that come her way. She especially enjoys researching the more obscure queries and topping up her knowledge by keeping abreast with all recent case law to ensure the advice she provides is compliant with employment law and best practice.  

Charlie O'Brien is Head of People at Breathe. With over 12 years' HR experience across a range of industries, Charlie applies her approachable style of HR leadership to transforming businesses & cultures, preparing them for the future.
