After a management career in hospitality Dan qualified in 2006 as a Graduate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development with a Level 7 Certificate specialising in employment law. Since 2005 he has worked in Head of HR and HR Director roles in the hospitality, retail, distribution and professional services sectors and from 2003 has sat as a lay member of the Employment Tribunals.
In 2014 Dan set up his own HR Consultancy business, Access2 Human Resources, which currently employs 12 people and specialises in supporting small businesses and charities. In 2024 the business acquired Personnel Placements, a recruitment business based in Salisbury.
With his business experience and more than 20 years Employment Tribunals work, both as a member and representing respondents, Dan is well placed to advise employers on how to minimise the risk of tribunal claims through the introduction and implementation of effective HR policies and management practices.
Following a career in Human resources spanning over 15 years Tracey first joined Dan at Access2 Human Resources in 2017 as an HR Advisor, progressing to the HR Services Manager and then HR services Director in December 2024.
She holds a CIPD Human Resources level 5 qualification, is an associate member of the CIPD and has Human Resources experience in various industries and professions including Health and Fitness, Manufacturing, Veterinary, Education and Pharmeceutical.
Current responsibilities include managing a team of HR Advisors, ensuring our clients are kept up to date with employment legislation, providing accurate and timely advice on all HR matters from grievance, disciplinary and absence management, through to more complex situations including settlement, redundancy and Tupe and of course keeping our clients out of tribunal situations.
In her spare time Tracey prefers to be outside walking miles with her dogs or gardening.
