International Cat Care is a charity that has been running for over 60 years, focusing on improving the health and welfare of cats by providing advice, training and passion. The charity works with veterinary and welfare organisations all over the world and regularly gets involved in projects to help stray, feral and unowned cats.

With 21-50 employees at the charity, administrator Tracy was struggling with old manual methods and was making do with spreadsheets to manage employee admin.
