Culture rewards. With awards too apparently. Accepting the Culture Award 2019, our Content Specialist, Rachael Down gives the inside scoop from the Lotus Awards.

We've invested in our culture and have aligned our company values with our people. We all work from the same page, understand our roles and work together.

So, on Thursday 27th June, Strategic Partnership Manager, Georgina and I put on our gladrags and made our way up town to celebrate and collect our award for culture at the Lotus Awards 2019. 

Greeted by smiles and inflatable pigs - yes, you read that right - the Lotus Awards 2019 started with champagne and drinks outside The Scotch of St James in Green Park. With giant jenga, bubbles and games aplenty, the culture for this event was en-pointe and infectious.

Joined by a further 28 companies who wowed the judges with their cultural business efforts alone, the Lotus Awards celebrates great workplace culture, sustainability and innovation.
