So you want to hire a code Ninja?

If you do a Google search for 'Code Ninja Jobs 2012' you'll get 28.5m results. One job states that 'Ninjas are typically swift and precise in delivery, and deadly accurate in execution' which sounds pretty good but be careful as according to Wikipedia ...
'... The functions of the ninja included espionage, sabotage, infiltration, and assassination, and open combat in certain situations. ...'
Ok, how about a rockstar instead?
We've all seen rockstars - charismatic and creative stars but on the dark side you might find temperamental, attention-seeking and arrogant individuals who believe in 'my way or the highway’.
So maybe I'm thinking this through too much, after all they're only words. The keys is to understand that the person you'll get will probably be high maintenance. If you do go for a rockstar remember that behind every great front man or diva are a bunch of talented studio musicians and roadies who live out of the limelight but help make great music.
